  • 1st Bell.................7:50 a.m.
    Late Bell...............7:55 a.m.
    Dismissal..............2:10p.m. buses, primetime, daycare
    2:15 p.m. walkers, pickup
    Students, teachers arrive at 7:30 a.m. If you do not ride a bus, please do not come to school earlier than 7:30; no one is here to supervise you.

  • Traffic/Parking

  • In order to provide a safe and orderly environment, traffic patterns for parents and visitors are as follows:
    Facing the school:
       * Faculty parking is on the right as you enter.
       * Buses will also load and unload in the right parking lot.
       * Daycare will also load and unload in the right parking lot.
       * Parent pick-up is on the left side as you are facing the school
            (beside B building).
       * Visitor parking/registration is in the front of the school, or on the
            left side of the building.

  • Parents Right to Know (English & Spanish)

  • Checkin/out procedures

  • All students must be checked-in through the office or media center by the adult bringing them to school after the 7:55 bell. These students will be given a late pass in order to be admitted to class. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CHECK-IN THEMSELVES.
    All students leaving prior to the dismissal bell must be checked out through the office by the authorized person picking them up. IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED OF ALL CHECK-OUTS.
    Under no circumstances will a student be released from class without following the above check-out procedures.
    The school will not be involved in domestic custody disputes without legal documentation on file.

  • Medications

  • Medicine will not be administered to a child unless prescribed by a doctor.
    All medicine must be in the original container with the prescription label.
    MEDICATION CANNOT BE SENT TO AND FROM SCHOOL BY THE CHILD.
    If medication is to be given more than 5 consecutive days, a "Request to Administer Medicine" must be signed by the doctor and kept on file in the office.
    If you feel this may apply, please stop by the office if possible and get the necessary forms before going to the doctor in order to save yourself two trips.

  • Child Care

  • Before and after school care is provided on site by the Cumberland County Schools Prime Time Program. This program provides students with enriching activities to enhance the learning process.  Main office 678-2451
